Payroll

Payroll Schedule

Non-exempt staff, adjunct faculty, and student employees are paid every other Friday (Bi-weekly payrolls). Exempt employees are paid on the 10th and 25th of each month (Semi-Monthly Payroll). When the regular payday falls on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, payroll will be processed on the last business day prior for that particular pay period.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is mandatory for all faculty and staff. Employees can conveniently view and print copies of their earnings statements, leave plan summary (if applicable), and any stipends (supplemental contracts) that may be active from myCAP. Contact HR to request a Direct Deposit Form.
